If you have not already done so, please return your paper questionnaire. Its vitally important for your feedback which will directly a vision for our parish over the coming years.

All answers will be treated with the strictest confidence and used solely to inform the Community-Led Plan.

Paper copies are to be returned to one of the team members or can be left at the shop where they will be collected.
